Baby Acne – It’s Cause, Cure and Concern
As we live our daily life, there are a lot of harsh factors that we
may encounter on our way, these can cause acne to breakout. This does
not only include hormonal changes and lifestyle; it may also be
inherited from your parents or may be a result of the food and
medicines that you orally take.Expensive treatments and buying oral and
topical products to cure and prevent acne should be done only after you
have find out the cause of your own acne.
Hormonal changes inside the body may trigger the growth of acne.
Although hormonal changes mostly happen during adolescent period, these
can also be observed on pregnant women. In addition, accumulation of
acne is a sign that menstrual period is coming near for most
women.During hormonal change, Androgen which is a hormone that is found
in both men and women increases. This leads to production of more
natural oil in all parts of the body as the oil ducts were
triggered.According to a study, eight out of ten people with increased
amount of androgen are prone to have moderate to severe breakouts and
it depends on the way they live their life.Blessed are the other twenty
percent who choose to live a healthy and clean lifestyle for they will
not experience acne breakout.
Speaking of lifestyle, this too is a one of the common causes of
acne breakout. One big factor that can highly influence your skin is
the way you live your life on a daily basis.Drinking alcohol and
cigarette smoking would not only give you a dull and dry skin but acne
breakout as well.Inactive lifestyle and poor diet can also cause
pimples, blackheads and some other acne to grow.People who have
insufficient level of Vitamins A and E on their body should start
taking fruits, vegetables and capsules where these vitamins can be
found.
Acne has many causes and one of these is the excessive use of
cosmetics especially for women that can clog the pores.Eventually,
clogged pores will result to acne breakout. There is nothing wrong in
using cosmetics as long as they wash their face before getting to
bed.If use of makeup and other cosmetics is required, it is best
recommended to use noncomedogenic products.Basically, this kind of
cosmetic product like lotion, facial moisturizers and skin cream will
not block your pores.
